BURC BEACH PROJECT / KILYOS - ISTANBUL
Burc Beach project is inspired by the existent ecological dynamics and potentials of the territory, which are strong winds together with dangers of black-sea. The area was used before as a wind and kite surfing camp,so the water sports building is designed according to these elements. I took full responsibility of both developing the project and implementation of the construction.

The platforms; bars and lounges on the other side of the area are creating the borders of the beach club together with the water sports section. Almost all of the project is covered by wood to be in harmony with the ecological environment in the coastal area. The mesh roof system effected by the wind in variable directions creates a nice animated view.

DDB ADVERTISEMENT AGENCY PROJECT / KASIMPASA - ISTANBUL
The aim of this project is to convert a histrorical stone walled salt-barn into an office for one of the most popular agencies of Istanbul. The concept was to create transparent structures non-competing with the existing beautiful ancient stone walls.
Workspace 01 & Bibliotecha
In order to create an open space for enhancing the creativity of the workers, an open space without partitions is used thus keeping the historical walls untouched. In mezannines the glass bridges and stairs are used for horizontal circulation. The corridors with 15 meters height and the glass balconies are designed for special use of video arts and exhibitions.
